PDF Documents

     Contracts, registration forms and/or flyers ~ Whether emailing or having available on a website, it is a good idea to turn them into a "pdf" file first. You can download free software to do that at http://www.cutepdf.com/. It installs a printer driver onto your computer where all you have to do is print your document to the CutePDF printer driver and it will turn your document into a pdf. That way, the person should have an easier time printing regardless of what version of "Word" or other word processing program is used in the preparation of the document.

  PDF Printing Information  

     PDF format is readable on both Macintosh and Windows operating system computers.  A PDF file is opened by Acrobat Reader.  Most computers have Acrobat Reader but if you do not have it, you can download it for free for your appropriate platform, either Windows or Macintosh by clicking on the link http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html.  If link does not work, copy and paste the link into the address bar of your internet browser.

     After you download the installer from Adobe, you will need to go through the installation process.  After installing Acrobat Reader, you should be able to open and print the document.
