at the show.  Our policy is we will be
most happy to consider them
at our Consignment Booth
to be placed on sale during the event.

Soliciting to sell wares directly to vendors
at the NATIONAL DOLL FESTIVAL during
the show is NOT ALLOWED
and may be reason for removal
of those involved from the show.

SELL ITEMS BEFORE THE EVENT
We have many vendors interested
in purchasing antique dolls, bears,
toys and related items prior to the show.
You are most welcome to CONTACT US
to offer items for sale.
We will pass on the information
directly to our vendors.

CONSIGNMENTS
We have a consignment table available
for antique or old Dolls, Teddy Bears,
Toys, Accessories. No charge to consign
select quality antique items (limit 8).

then you pay a 20% commission.

APPRAISALS
You are invited to bring one old doll, teddy bear
or toy for a free appraisal. A small fee charged
for additional items. If you bring anything
to the show to have appraised and/or to sell,
You must first bring the item(s) to the
front ticket desk so that we may assist you.

REPAIR & RESTORATION
Several of our vendors are highly qualified and
specialize in restoration and repair.
Doll Repair & Cleaning Products & Supplies
are also available at the show.

FIVE (5) Nights at our NDF rate of $99
Deadline JUNE 19th, 2024

50% Deposit is by April 1st, 2024
with contract. After that, full payment must be
paid with contract submission.
All Balances must be paid by June 1st, 2024
or deposit will be forfeited
and your contract will be cancelled.
