As the name implies, these dollies are waiting to be transformed 
from "Ugly Ducklings" into Beautiful "Swans".
Some need more help than others.

"Basket Case" means the paint and/or composition
is crazing, cracking, lifting, peeling, and chipping and/or flaking.
There may be other composition damage such as holes in head,
cracks on seams, broken breastplates, missing digits, shoe heels, etc.
Sometimes the head is attached, sometimes it is not.
